Meet The Team

Dimitar Kyosev

Project Manager, CEO & Legal Lead

Dimitar has Master's degrees in Public Administration, Law and Economics. He has studied in the University of Twente, University of Ghent and the University of Haifa. In the last 10 years of his work experience, Dimitar has worked on a number of complex cross-border restructuring including Enturtrans and Terra Group. He has consulted companies throughout the EU and worked with South African and Israeli clients. He has worked in close collaboration with various institutions (New Mexico State University, IEEE, and the European Central Bank/Bank of Lithuania) on DLT-related projects concerning legal innovation. He has been involved in several Alis Grave Nil/Deriveum projects funded by Block.IS, NGI TruBlo, ELSA, Reinforcing ORRI, SeeBlocks and 6G-Sandbox.

Asparuh Kebonin

Business Lead, CCO, & CIO

Asparuh holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and has extensive experience in large multinational companies within the CFD industry, specialising in sales, support, data analysis, and trading. He brings a deep understanding of international markets, particularly in exchange-traded debt derivatives. Asparuh has been instrumental in several AGN projects funded by NGI TruBlo, ELSA, Reinforcing ORRI, and 6G Sandbox, serving in various roles such as CCO for the Deriveum Project, Researcher for OttCT, Research and Project Lead for DEuro-BModels, and Researcher for Prosperancy. Additionally, he possesses expertise in philosophy, politics, economics, open finance innovation, international financial markets, business development, and solution architecture, making him a versatile and valuable member of our team.

Ilia Vasilev

Framework Design, PMO & CMO
Iliya holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Management of Marketing, with a focus on Project Management, from the Technical University of Sofia. With a wealth of experience in large multinational corporations, Iliya has excelled as a project consultant & scheduler, planner across diverse industries including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Construction. He has played pivotal roles in numerous AGN projects funded by NGI TruBlo, ELSA, BlockIS, Reinforcing ORRI (DEuro-BModels), and 6G Sandbox (Prosperancy experiment), assuming various responsibilities. Additionally, he has contributed to the Deriveum Project (AGN run development), conducted research for OttCT (a joint venture between ANG and Infi.DOO). lIiya's expertise in consulting on usability and planning features will be invaluable to our Team.
